  • It's at the upper price range but lacks a garage. Has a double length driveway though. It's in one of the best areas in the town which is a plus but I'm worried it's been overvalued. There are more expensive two beds but also cheaper three beds although these are in rougher areas.

    We have the nicest front garden on our street, heard kerb appeal counts for a lot.

    How much can you trust EAs? They seem overly confident but I suppose I'm so nervous as our dream house depends on the sale.

    Yeah indeed or people with unrealistic expectations. It will take them a few viewings before getting realistic.
