I have been trying to claim compensation for a flight delay from Thomson for six months and keep getting fobbed off . My brother was on the flight and has been paid out after forwarding the same information should I go to the small claims court:mad::mad:

[QUOTE=hardink1;68802000_should_I_go_to_the_small_claims_court:mad::mad:[/QUOTE] First thoroughly read Vauban's Guide and other posts to see if you qualify - as others have been paid out it would seem you do. Next write a 'Notice Before Action' (NBA) letter to the airline. This will probably produce results. If not either MCOL or nwnf lawyer. Good luck.
Please put further posts on the Thomsons thread - it keeps the place tidy.
