Thank you Rosa. I must admit I'm getting a little worried about house buyers and what it entails as I've never actually sold a property! But I won't let that get to me as I'm in a lovely position and I do recognise that.

I do love the pom poms! MTxx

I've been through all of my accounts and YNAB is up to date. I also put a good strong lead on my mobile £1K and took it for a lovely sunny walk around all of my accounts to meet the reward criteria for all of my reward accounts (although I've decided not to update those movements in YNAB as it's just a waste of time as that money ends up right back where it started within 30 minutes)!!!

No food was purchased today, although one of my colleagues was off last week and needed some items sent to him, which i did, so he's bought me some chocolate, which has been inhaled!

I paid off my "day to day" credit card in full now so that will be put away. Basically, it's not worth even using for the cashback as I get too tempted to just use it.

I've also got a nice chunk to pay off my 0% card this month. I have to pay it on 11th of the month, otherwise the set DD payment doesn't get taken.

Next month my regular saver finishes, and there's more than enough to pay off my 0% card, which is exciting.

I've also been doing some property buying research too, so am aware of some terminology now! I do love having something to research.

There's definitely something comforting about having YNAB completely up to date!!!

I'm feeling a little discombobulated today! On a Wednesday of all days! So, instead of the dancing girls, who are very upset with me as they were in their dressing room putting their final make up touches on, I've signed up the discombobulation man for today! ...
    orjnfq.gif

The girls stormed out shouting something about contract breaking!

I got on the scales today and oh my goodness! tauruss.gif That was a shock!! Wheenver I decide to reallyknuckle down and lose weight, I seem to achieve the absolute opposite!!!! So it all starts again today!

All accounts have been checked over and YNAB is up to date. So that's all organised.

I've also decided that when I forget to bring my lunch in or didn't prepare one then I'll buy fruit from the Tesco Metro near my office. That's always the same price as the main supermarket and it's healthier! So that's a win win situation for me and my grocery budget.

Lots to do at work today, and a nice quiet room to hide in and get things done!

    Have a fantastic day everyone.

Ooh, the discombobulated man is not only difficult to spell but seriously scary...if the dancing girls sue you for breach of contract you have only yourself to blame :)

Tesco Metro also do a veg box. It's cute, like a bento box of assorted veggies. If I forget my lunch I often buy some hummus and the veggies and 3 fruits for £1 offer too...

    Happy hump day x

I loved him...lol BUT at first I just thought one of the dancing girls just hadn't had time to shave her legs for a while :-)

Same here with the diet scales and cow thing. Going to add get some scales to my list. I returned the ones I had before to get out of debt quicker!

Glad all is well at work.

Thank you lovely ladies. It was a funny old week and that seems to be continuing.

I think, at work, this is the last week of our community! There's a good chance a lot of people will disappear on Friday afternoon.

My house is getting viewings and I'm so uncomfortable with it! So I'm considering stepping back again and getting a few rooms redecorated as I've been seeing everything with new eyes of how I'd feel if I was to be walking around looking to buy! There isn't loads to do, but there's enough on the decoration side of things. I live there alone and so I think I need to make it look like a family home.

I was also considering getting storage for the time that I have between homes and, to be honest, it would probably work out cheaper and easier for me to just get rid of what I have rather than pay to store it. Then, with the storage money I save I could buy new items!!! Boot sale locations have been decided and, as sad as I feel at getting rid, it makes logical sense.

Last week I did really well on the choice of foods I had and how much I ate! This week I've gone off the rails again!

I will get there though and have a plan so cunning you could put a tail on it and call it a fox!!! [Blackadder] :D

YNAB is up to date, and I'm doing well on keeping my finances where they should be. I have needed to do a little fiddling, but I am getting better at knowing where my budgets need to be. My fiddling is only due to me tweaking my personal YNAB set up to suit how I actually spend rather than how I wish I spent.

So, discombobulated man is back for this week while I make more attempts to get my act in gear again!

He is loving the attention he got too, although wasn't impressed that he was considered a hairy dancing girl ;). Apparently he has a uniqueness and style surpassing any girl band! So he says!!! I mean, seriously? Those huge feet aren't even tapping while the girls raise their little legs on point!!!!

    Happy Hump Day all. MTxx

So much change and all of it exciting. Well done on getting to this stage. Good luck with the boot sales and yes, it makes sense rather than paying for storage and it will give you a nice clean slate in the new home. :)
