Hello
I'm trying to order a Vodafone Smart Ultra 6 on PAYG from the Vodafone website and no matter what credit card I use or when or where I try to place the order, the payment always fails. I've checked with my card issuers and there are no problems at their end.
I've been trying for over a week.
Does anyone know how to actually buy anything from the Vodafone website? It's like Vodafone are just trying to go out of business by first offering appalling customer service and then no even being prepared to sell you anything!

Was there a certain tip or trick you found that worked and allowed you to purchase?
You are certainly not alone in having problems, took 6 attempts with 3 different cards before it worked for me..
As for the phone, best phone for the money bar none, shows Vodafone can get something right.0 -
No trick, it just eventually worked with a card that had failed about 30 times previously0

Phone has now arrived and successfully unlocked. Lord knows I had no intention of actually remaining a Vodafone customer!0
