Xperia Care vs. Geek Squad

Hi all,

Recently I dropped my Xperia Z3, cracking the screen and rendering the device unusable. So far as I can tell, my main repair options are:

1) Send it to Sony via Xperia Care
2) Try to repair it through the Carphone Warehouse's 'Geek Squad' service
3) Small local repair shop

Does anyone have any advice on which would be best? At the moment I'd say 3) is my least favourite option. However I have no expereince with the other two options. Has anyone else had success with them? Or do you have any other suggestions?

Thanks in advance.

if the prices are similar, send it to sony, i had a problem with my sony phone (thankfully warranty repair) but it was quick and simple to send it through to them
    Drop a brand challenge
on a £100 shop you might on average get 70 items save
    10p per product = £7 a week ~ £28 a month
    20p per product = £14 a week ~ £56 a month
30p per product = £21 a week ~ £84 a month (or in other words one weeks shoping at the new price)
