Agriaid Ltd.
01299832184
Would appear to share the same phone number
http://www.alladdress.co.uk/a-agriaid_ltd._high_clows_farm_kidderminster_worcestershire_dy14_9pb_01299832184-838754.html
I already said that above
But doubtful that its the same company given Agriaid Ltd manufacture other transport equipment (according to companies house). There also doesnt seem to be any other registered companies at that same post code and the 2 registered directors of Agriaid Ltd don't seem to be director at any other company.
Google the mobile number listed on the site and you get a listing for a john deere ride on lawnmower which has another landline number listed. 01299404533 or 07872008525
And according to another site, the landline listed in that listing belongs to one Norman Price in Bewdley: http://britishphonebook.com/search.php?last=Price&city=Worcestershire,%20Bewdley
OP, what phone number did you use when ordering? The mobile number or the landline number or both? You keep using that word. I do not think it means what you think it means - Inigo Montoya, The Princess Bride0 -
I used the office number 01299 832184 & 07872 008525
Pre delivery they answered now nothing and the mobile was answered by someone called john
However when ordering it was someone called David, allegedly0 -

John is one of the directors of that company. Common name but linked by the phone number.
Did you get anything at all in writing, even to say who it was you were entering into a contract with? If you're thinking of taking court action, you need to make sure its against the right entity else its just a waste of money and time.
Contact Trading Standards again and see if they can help in that regard. Also inform them that the trader has breached the consumer contract (information, cancellation and additional charges) regulations. You keep using that word. I do not think it means what you think it means - Inigo Montoya, The Princess Bride0 -
Stop all this nonsense. Go to citizen's advice / a solicitor and get some real advice.
Mentioning names here could be construed as harassment of the individual members of this company. The individual names don't actually matter. It's the company you have a problem with.
Use the address on the Ebay shop. Take a print out of the address on Ebay. Write one final letter. You have used reasonable measures to contact them. Get proof of posting. If they don't respond (for whatever reason) continue as you would if they didn't respond to your letter had they 'received' it.
Just because you tried to contact them and they refused to sign for a letter doesn't mean they are not at that address. They sound like they know how to play the game.
They're playing hard to get, so now you want it totally removed, and you'll get it done properly. Report to Ebay as well as trading standards.
Ignoring phone calls / hanging up is just a delay tactic to wind you up. Make a log of every time you call, write a letter and every cost you incur. You can use this as further evidence that you have used reasonable measures to contact them. Record the calls - use an app on your phone that records audio from the mic, and put the phone on loudspeaker so it gets both sides. Call no more than two more times.
What you do now matters - a lot. You either wimp out and put yourself at risk of a harassment claim by continuing to post about the individuals in the company, or you actually see them in court and if the latter, I'd doubt they'd actually turn up.
Go see a solicitor about your problem - take the photos of what you say are not satisfactory to get a second opinion and the logs that you've now made and ask how you can prove you paid them, what implied terms there are in them delivering and building it up without a piece of paper, and get explain the court process to you. Keep a receipt of that cost. You could probably self represent for this as it shouldn't be too difficult but of course it's up to you!0 -
The Ebay address for Bewdley Sheds is:
calvin wainwright
unit1
alveley
bridgnorth
Shropshire
WV156HL
United Kingdom
Phone:01299|832184
Email:calvin73@hotmail.co.uk
Despite the location being listed as Kidderminster. The registered office address shown on Companies House for Agriad Ltd is totally different to the address above. Anyway, Bewdley Sheds is the company you have a problem with, so use this contact address. The phone number matches up with the phone number on the website.0 -

I have sent too letters to that address already, both recorded and both have not been signed for
Trading standards told me I have to give them 14 days
I am just so angry as its difficult to swallow
my next port of call is legal but I am waiting on the 14 days being up "just incase"
thanks0 -
We all do things that we regret and it is always hard when things go wrong. I think that unfortunately you will have to go legal. As a previous post has said take pictures, write logs of what you did and when. Dates and times and sorry to say wait 14 days.
Good luckHappiness, Health and Wealth in that order please!:A0 -

All that has been mentioned so far is data that is publicly available for everyone to see already. Also it won't be construed as harassment unless op is telling a pack of lies with the intention of causing a certain person/group of people alarm or distress.
If OP's telling the truth they have nothing to worry about.
The funny thing about your comment is many people have been wrongly advised by citizens advice before. If you want proper advice you go to a solicitor - but in cases like this it would be counter productive to actually spend any money on a solicitor as its a pretty straightforward case and solicitors fee's wont be recoverable even if this goes to court. You keep using that word. This is the kind of bad advice I was talking about. Ignore all this as it's terrible. Do it the proper way OP, and that doesn't involve dragging names across forums. [Text removed by MSE Forum Team]0 -

If you think I'm wrong about the harassment aspect then by alll means, post the appropriate case/statute which states that posting information that is already publicly available amounts to harassment. But I won't hold my breath as I know it doesn't exist.
As for solicitors costs.....please feel free to provide proof that they are recoverable in small claims. Again, I won't hold my breath as the only thing you'll find is evidence proving that what I said was correct - it would be counter productive in the circumstances to pay for solicitors advice. You keep using that word.
