Hello, I'm new so bare with me
Firstly everything about what I am about to type I know I shouldn't have done and I would have happily chastised for doing the same
I bought a bespoke security shed and had it supplied and fitted by the company, they advertised it as 30 years in the trade, experienced craftsmen, best timber yadda yadda. They also had a fancy website and a shop on ebay.
I spoke to them to order and on 7/7/15 they arrived and erected said building, as they arrived late I had to get to work, I paid and left.
On later inspection the building was an utter shambles, the list of faults is too big to type but not even the doors would close.
I have tried around 30 times to call the company, they have answered twice and spoke to me, during these calls they have called me a liar and picky. A couple of times they have answered and hung up once I said my name.
I have emailed them 39 pictures of the issues, emailed them and tried to contact them via ebay, all to no avail.
I contacted Trading Standards and wrote a letter as requested, however I cannot find an address for them anywhere, I was given one by trading standards but the letter still hasn't been signed for. I found 3 other address from internet searches and sent letters to them also, again they haven't been signed for.
I am at a loss what to do next, any ideas or info on where I could possibly find them as it cost me almost £1500, I paid cash and have no receipt
cheers

(Ignore first lines, I must have been slow posting - I see you paid cash now).
You will probably have to investigate who owns the company you bought the product from and take them to court.
Without any details, no one can help you with this part.0 -
If you give the name of the company, people can do some digging for you.
By the sounds of it, you paid by cash, so you will need to find their address to take action.Should've = Should HAVE (not 'of')
Would've = Would HAVE (not 'of')
No, I am not perfect, but yes I do judge people on their use of basic English language. If you didn't know the above, then learn it! (If English is your second language, then you are forgiven!)0 -
The company isBewdley sheds & summerhouses0

I found that one but thought it can't be the same one as OP said they have a fancy website and that website is anything but fancy.
That website also breaches e-commerce laws by not displaying their address.
The phone number listed on that site seems to also be the number for Agriaid Ltd in kidderminster but according to companies house, they manufacture transport equipment. You keep using that word. I do not think it means what you think it means - Inigo Montoya, The Princess Bride0 -
That's them. I have drawn a blank with all my searches for them. That website is fancy compared to some0

Bewdley is in Worcestershire. It sounds like their address would also be their home.
the address's you were given/found - were they in the Worcestershire area?Holding back the years...0 -
How did you place the order with them?
It very much sounds likely that they won't have complied with the CCR's either - given that CCR's mean traders have to provide you with certain information (and the geographical address of the trader is part of that information).
Thats 2 important pieces of legislation the company have breached. You keep using that word. I do not think it means what you think it means - Inigo Montoya, The Princess Bride0 -
