OP, you are insulting people with genuine mental health issues. Jog on.0

Didn't know voluntary work pays the bills!
I chose/agreed not to have anti-depressants so instead my GP wrote a fit note sending me away with forms for self referral to PALS, I only had to mention the word jobseeking/loss of job I'm sure, admittedly she could also see my history, not that I ever did want to be showing anyone my lovely little fit note for what gets written down (nothing but the truth so careful what wishing for..) along with all the other stuff I could see my work life heading down the toilet if not careful
I started training yesterday with a company who prefers the unemployed so these employers exist (the very soon start date always is a giveaway)
Can you rethink this, found watching something like the c-word works for me if on a downer, being unemployed is the pits you should use it to aspire to more, being unemployed with mental health issues is hell x0 -

Perhaps you should examine why these employers favour unemployed candidates - (there will be something in it for them).Don’t be a can’t, be a can.0 -
Well Op, how about a couple of fake suicide attempts, get yourself sectioned, learn how to pass/fail the DSMIV test or whatever the latest version is, howling at the moon? Develop a PD? Backhander to a Dr???
Your posts come across as more worried well rather than clinically depressed.
OR you could suck it up and take some control and responsibility for your life and your condition, there are some great resources available out there to help with depression and anxiety.0 -
Think this is the same guy who posted this on another site
But my friend told me everyone is saying anxiety and depression gets you on esa and then they leave you alone?
I think I've now got this health condition brought on by this woman at job centre.
They have been banned from that site0 -

Here's a novel idea. Apply for jobs that you can do instead of ones you can't do.The_Jokecentre_Plus wrote: »I would rather get signed off and do voluntary work instead.
Nothing stopping you from doing voluntary work now, so if you aren't doing it now, you won't do it if you were signed off either.
Personally I would applaud the fact that the GP refuses to sign someone off sick when they aren't sick.0 -
Feeding just makes fat you know folksTomorrow is the most important thing in life0
