Found an insect in my cereal! What shall I do?

I hope this is the right thread to post.
3 days ago, I was eating my Weetos (by Weetabix) in the morning when I looked in my spoon and inside one of the wheetos holes there was a tiny little dead insect stuck to the inside and seemed to have been chocolated over. I rolled up the end of a tissue and stuck it in th weetos hole and took the fly out but I left the tissue in the whole with the bug stuck to it and put cling film over it just incase.
Now there's two things I'm worried about.
Could the bug have been harmful/poisonous? Had it infected the rest of my cereal? What can shall I do, please help.
(in addition to this, a month ago I was eating Weetabix (not weetos this time) and it tasted disgusting, I thought it was the milk, so I bought a new carton the next day and tried it again, and it still tasted disgusting. I gave the packet to tesco and they refunded the money and wrote a letter to Weetabix. I recieved a letter from weetabix saying it is being investigated, but still no results!)

What can shall I do, please help.
Ring up the maker first and advise them of your find.
Thats the first thing you need to do.
I cant see it effecting the rest of your cereal as it would have been heated up to a high temperature when being made which would have pretty much killed any poison that it may have had0 -

I found a bit of blue rubber type stuff in a pot of Asda gravy granules once.
Despite numerous emails they never bothered to reply.0 -
