I hadn't realised Heinz made spaghetti for spiders."She is quite the oddball. Did you notice how she didn't even get excited when she saw this original ZX-81?"

Depends on your definition of bug (kind of a colloquiel generic term) I suppose but it's definitely a winged insect. I can see at least one of it's wings (single pair type of wings) very clearly when zooming in on the photo. But any more detail is obscured by being covered in the tomato sauce, yummy."She is quite the oddball. Did you notice how she didn't even get excited when she saw this original ZX-81?"

lol, looked like a fly to me as well. DD distinctly unimpressed, although I have to say thats the most meat Ive ever seen in a tin of that stuff!!
As for what Im doing about it, well, I emailed the pic to heinz, quite lightheartedly. These things happen, its not actually life threatning or chokeable. Ill be happy with a replacement, non bug containing tin!0 -

:T It's nice to see a post like this that doesn't ask "what can I get out of this?"0 -

Is the insect nutritious?
I know some army folk eat them as a form of protein. If you have ever seen fear factor then you'll understand that people can eat those insects by the plate.

Wow, that's very good of Heinz! The fly either fell in during production at the canning plant, or maybe it was already in their from when the can was made... :-o I work for a company who makes cans (although I don't think we supply heinz!), and we've often have things fall off the roof of the factory into a can as it moves along the conveyors!Should've = Should HAVE (not 'of')
Would've = Would HAVE (not 'of')
No, I am not perfect, but yes I do judge people on their use of basic English language. If you didn't know the above, then learn it! (If English is your second language, then you are forgiven!)0 -
It happens
With the best will in the world you arent going to keep every fly out of food control areas.
Dangerous, I would have ate it but do you know how many weight watchers points are in one of those things? The saturated fat in the wings is huge!0
