Turned down by Satander 123 - need new credit card

Sure others have had this problem.

Had a squeaky clean credit ref up till three years ago before I went
abroad for a year - with £80 owing on an old Orange bill. That is now paid off and I have about £350 on my existing M&S Money credit card.
To my annoyance I have been turned down twice now by Santander for the 123 card, because of one bad point on my credit reference rating. They also have my current account.

Really need to get a new credit card, pref with 18 months 0% on new purchases.

I should add I have two properties which together are worth about £400K. I must be able to get a better deal than this?

Your properties won't help you get a card. Credit cards are unsecured loans. Being a homeowner can help, but the value of your properties isn't relevant.

Try the soft checker on this site to see if you may have a better chance elsewhere. You don't want too many searches, or your chances will diminish further.

Try the Santander Credit card: i was told on my phone application its a 100% acceptance, and the only variable is the limit. it is only 15months 0% but better than nothing?
