Morning all. Thanks for the list, I'm in again.

Hobby room for me this morning as I didn't get round to it in the end last week.

    Have a great day everyone.

Thanks for the list Bossy - I am in - well when I have caught up from the weekend that is!

We had a super few days with DS - DH painted the wood around his front door after filling gaps left by previous shoddy workmen! I did 4 loads washing - and associated ironing, bathroom and kitchen blitzed, floors mopped, carpets hoovered or brushed including skirting boards, DH also put up a coat rack and clock - without us becoming divorced!! Few weeds pulled out of the garden too!

We also found time to do a 19.6 km walk on Saturday and a shorter one on Sunday. Loved seeing a Red Kite flying overhead as Saturday was such a beautiful day.

Now back to sort ours out!- though it wasn't too bad before we went.

Thanks bossy, I'm in again. Thank's Natty for last week.

Another busy week.Definitely need to prepare for job interview tomorrow. See if I can get into any of my old power suits.

Also bake a cake for tonight's meeting. DH is working back shift - 1300 to 2200 which makes feeding him a nightmare. Lots of cold salads for him me thinks. Lots of soup for me.

    Happy Monday everybody.

    Morning everyone.

Thanks for the list bossymoo. I'm in.

Some summer jobs done. Burglar alarm fixed and outside light fitted. DGS2 needs to finish outside walls but rain forecast today. I've Kondoed my underwear and socks. I need to sort out old paperwork and spare room.

Want to get as much done in the house as I can this week. I'm stewarding at the Newcastle Pride event all next weekend.

All the floors got washed yesterday.
Dry washing to put away today and crack on with the list.

Another returnee but not sure how much I'll get done as we are away for a few days. First week of the school holidays here and I am off.

My summer plan is the same as yours juliejim. I gave a fortnight off in August and I want to sort the house of doom. We made a start at the weekend, taking a whole load of stuff from the patio to the tip. I managed 20k steps yesterday which was mostly putting things away.

This morning I need to finish packing, and leave the house vaguely clean which means Hoover, kitchen and some wiping of loos. So far I have put the TD and DW on, and fed some cats.

This summer I'm going to complete 1 declutter mission each week:D

This is a great idea, I am trying to kondo our house at the moment but finding time on top of the normal cooking, cleaning, ironing etc etc is hard. Will give this some thought later.

This week should be a fairly quiet one so I need to make the most of it and actually achieve something!

Have a good Monday everyone, looks like rain out there.

Deco so pleased you are back where you want to be.

Mrs C glad you have plans for when DS1 moves out, it will help with the adjustment process. Not sure what we will do once DS1 and his stuff is moved out but I'm thinking of getting DS2 a bigger bed for his room, moving his single into DS1's room so there is still a spare bed , using the extra hanging space in there for DS1, possibly putting a couple of shelves in the cupboard to store spare duvets in. Oh and there maybe space for my yoga mat too!

DS3 off to the last week of term
DS1 off to work any minute

So I'm about to hoover and mop before getting ready for the paid stuff (new software to play with this morning so time will fly by)

I'm sneaking back in since I haven't posted here since February. We have a new edition to the household: a border collie called Zack who has tripled my cleaning work load but we'd be lost without him now :D

Thanks for the list bossy :)

Last week of school here and my busy work week, my busiest day being today. I have high hopes for this summer, and I'm hoping that this year they'll come to fruition! :o

    Summer challenges:
Repaint Livingroom & finish decorating it
Fasten backs on to all the bookcases properly
Decorate kitchen / bathroom (should be able to do these at the same time as its basically painting in both)
    Decorate DD's bedroom
    Decorate my bedroom
    Decorate hall/stairs/landing
Purge DD's school work, file away stuff she no longer needs and put into files stuff she might need during her GCSE's!
    Scan old documents then shred
Put all files back on my computer (yes I'm still working on this :rotfl:I can only do so much at a time)

    This week:
    Accounts
    Tax return
    Tax credits renewal
Thursday: Me time - last full day of school :p
