The Moto MSA signs would also appear to have been vandalised.

You can read all about fines, penalties and clamping at various MSAs - not just my favourite one at Knutsford.

So we have Banksy covertly going around defacing public places in the name of art, and now Parksy covertly tidying up car parks by cleaning up tatty signage and taking away any nasty debris that falls off on the floor.
You would think those eagle eyed parking attendants might have seen something, bloody amazing!
