You must be over the moon. Thanks for taking the time to come back on here and share your great news with us and for writing such an inspiring post:T. It seems so daunting at the start, doesn't it? With support from all the wonderful posters on here who share their ups and downs the journey is so very much easier:)

Hi LadyM, was going to suggest a bit at a time with the floor, but poss bit late if they are coming tomorrow:eek::eek:
Just bite your lip when they move it and I'm sure they'll have seen worse. Least it's getting sorted, and you can't help being poorly.
Saz
The guy was so nice about it! I explained to him about the M.E. and that I did as much as I could but couldn't do it all and he was so understanding.
Just waiting for the guys to come back and fit the new floor now.2019 Wins

Thanks, I'm definitely going to try, and ask them to backdate it to when we started our dmp 3 years ago. I'm not sure though whether I should be writing to BC (as it was them who didn't default it), or PRA (who it's now with)? Will also be sending them a cca request as well, if I ever make it to the post office to get a postal order!
So I've just been looking on noddle, to get some info with the view to writing to BC to complain about not being defaulted. The account was previsouly being marked AR, but in May it was marked as DM / UC (which it says means that the lender wasn't able to give the account a status that month?) and then June was marked as a green OK. What's going on with that? Seems a bit strange, as it's in a dmp, so it's obviously not 'OK'.
Also, I has been thinking to write to NW to question why they hadn't defaulted my overdraft, when they did default my credit card account a long time ago. Dmp started 2013, and overdraft acc being marked OK right through til June last year, when they've started marking as AR. What I don't understand though, is that I have another overdraft account with NW too, which was also on the dmp, but was paid off after dmp started. It seems NW have also started marking that account as AR back in June last year too (which is a year after the balance was cleared). Surely that can't be right? Or does it not matter?0 -

Hi Snowbean,
My feeling is that is always matters, even if it doesn't matter now, it might in the future so try to get them to sort it.
First I'd contact NW to find out what they are playing at with your cleared OD. Start with that one, then hit them with the question about the current one, since I think they'll be in the back foot about getting the cleared one sorted, you might get a better resolution your current OD.
Barclays sound like they might have sold to a DCA but I can't be sure and you might just find a default appears, you could give it a month or 2 to see what happens, or write and complain, though I think you'll have read here that getting a BC default is a bit like going for gold
