    I have a suggestion, but only if we think those clicking expired are not doing so maliciously. Assuming that's not the case, my guess is that peeps are checking the latest comps posted here, each with its own end date. And some think that once it is passed that end date that they are helping by clicking expired. They probably won't get to see all the added messages about it going into GO, or our "Please do not expire this thread" posts.

    So, how about if those posting comps here add something like "DO NOT CLICK EXPIRE AFTER THIS COMP ENDS" to each comp post? Preferably to the title, though I doubt it would all squeeze in there. But otherwise in caps at the top of each comp posted?

    Might be worth trying, to see if it makes a diff. If it still happens, we can then be fairly certain it's being done deliberately, and can think again.
