    Fill the tray with really hot water, leave for around 15 mins and the paint (I'm presuming emulsion here) will easily wipe off.

    give lots and you will always recieve lots

    put tray in clean black bin liner fold bag around it pour new paint on it use as normal when finished turn bag inside out being careful not to get wet paint all over yourself and throw away tray can be used forever

    If I've left paint in a tray & it's dried I just remove any flakey bits & pour new paint on top. It's never picked up the previous colour.

    Immerse in hot soapy water and leave overnight. Should then wash away easily - if emulsion paint!

    Don't spend too much time on it as they are so cheap these days.

    if the paint is dry it should just peel off
