It was either sort out the cheats or pull out of the Sun promotion altogether.
That would be very unfair for those of us that adore Butlins and would rather go on a Sun Holiday abroad than pay the going rate.

It was over a year ago that I last went to Butlins, Bognor
When I was there security was checking wristbands of all entering Reds and the Main Stage.
As security are always there to prevent anyone taking in their own alcohol it's simple for them to check wristbands same time.

We have just got back after our Sun Holiday at Bognor. Our friends have also just been & said they didn’t but the Entertainemebt passes or buy the laundry package.

We bought the passes £90 in total for 3 & took our own bedding . Our apartment had the beds ready made??? Others didn’t have the entertainment passes & used all facilities???


I spoke to a staff member who said that it’s the Sun that charge for the passes and also the bedding? Butlins always provide bedding! I have emailed the Sun who said Butlins charge and take the money for the passes? They said call Butlins, it’s their issue. I am waiting to get through and will add to this post.


Who has taken the money for passes that Butlins provide? Our friends did not pay and their check in wristbands sufficed to go everywhere!
