BT can we switch?

We have been with BT since may 2006 on a two year contract it should be 29.99 pm on business Broadband, however the bills keep increasing now they are asking for £43 a month and I c an get BB alot cheaper else where.
How do we stand on the contract side of it? in theory they have changed it without our knowledge by charging more but are we stuck with them till may next year ?

Have you rang them up to find out if you're still in term, they'll have more of an accurate response than most here
Once they tell you ask to be transferred to the customer option team & ask them if they can improve your current cost of broadband0
