Azer Babar Apple tea. I think they do other flavours. You can have it hot or cold."Knowledge is knowing that a tomato is a fruit. Wisdom is not putting it in a fruit salad"

There are several sorts of vitamin tablets that dissolve in water to make a drink. I think they are a bit fizzy to start with but fizz is easily stirred out of a glass with a straw/spoon or out of a bottle by shaking and letting the top open carefully.
Most of the tabs are Vit C and it's not possible to overdose on that so no worries there and tabs would be easy to pack/transport/dose"Life is not about waiting for the storm to pass...it's about learning how to dance in the rain." ~ Vivian Greene0 -
oooooooo these sound good, please can anyone tell me where to get the mango type teas from please.
I'm going to turkey soon and am hoping to stock up on the pomegranate tea.
Only bought a little box a few years ago , and it was gorgeous, so I'm hoping customs won't get upset this time if I can find it - it's like sherbet and you only need a little teaspoon full to make a heavenly cuppa.
Those vitamin c things make a smashing drink and good for you too.
Have a great holiday
