how about Iced tea, made up with the resort's teabags (Earl Grey is nice), their sugar and lemon slices. make a mug or small teapot, then dilute it with iced cold water from their drinks dispenser or bottle of water in your room
I suppose you could do something similar for iced coffee, or diluted fruit juices supplied at breakfast

What about Lucozade sports drink powder? In orange it is really nice and refreshing, plus energising!! Works out pretty cheap, available in JJB etc.

Was in whittards newcastle yesterday. They have all there stock at half price at the moment so stocked up:T

One thing they had which I not seen before was packs containing sachets of 4 diiferent types of instant green tea and 6 types of their normal instant tea at £3.00 a pack . Each pack has twelve sachets in, each sachet does two cups or more if you like the tea weaker, which in some cases we do. Bought one of each and we are now taste testing spit.gif

  • A to B Calm is a flavorless, colorless powdered drink that can reduce stress, tension, headaches, and muscle aches; can allow one to sleep better, and assists premenstrual stress and menstrual cramps.
  • Perhaps a little late, but Bolero is the European equivilant of Kool Aid, it also tastes a whole lot better (sugar free too). Just google Bolero drinks and you'll find several sites selling it. Its even sold on eBay......
