Also the instant lemon tea (Quench or Lift) or the podered fuit teas from LIDL are good made up cold

how about Iced tea, made up with the resort's teabags (Earl Grey is nice), their sugar and lemon slices. make a mug or small teapot, then dilute it with iced cold water from their drinks dispenser or bottle of water in your room
I suppose you could do something similar for iced coffee, or diluted fruit juices supplied at breakfast0 -

What about Lucozade sports drink powder? In orange it is really nice and refreshing, plus energising!! Works out pretty cheap, available in JJB etc.0

when we were in usa walmart did wee sachets that you mixed with about a litre of water-never seen them here but if you know of someone about to go to usa on their hols you could always ask them to get them as a favour for you

Was in whittards newcastle yesterday. They have all there stock at half price at the moment so stocked up:T
One thing they had which I not seen before was packs containing sachets of 4 diiferent types of instant green tea and 6 types of their normal instant tea at £3.00 a pack . Each pack has twelve sachets in, each sachet does two cups or more if you like the tea weaker, which in some cases we do. Bought one of each and we are now taste testing

Perhaps a little late, but Bolero is the European equivilant of Kool Aid, it also tastes a whole lot better (sugar free too). Just google Bolero drinks and you'll find several sites selling it. Its even sold on eBay......0
