O2 Make Massive Increase To Access Charge For Calling 084 and 087 numbers from August

The access charge will now increase from 25p to 45p from the 17/8/15

Also 09 and 118 numbers will be affected.

    Yes, Clear Call Rates for Everyone requires all parties in the chain to declare the level of rip-off they apply to what you're paying to call premium numbers.

    Many users of these numbers are now taking the hint. Every day I see numerous press releases from organisations now moving to 034 and 030 numbers.

    Dunno. I don't call such number, so haven't paid attention to their prices before.

    Nooooooooo, of course not!!!
    The main mobile operators with the exception of Three are charging the most and yet the MVNO companies are cheaper, so it would appear that the main network providers are milking it.

    I always use the 'saynoto0870' to find a cheaper alternative.

    I always look on the organisations official website first.

    In many cases they no longer use 084 or 087 numbers and have swapped to new 03 numbers.
