Be careful with scottish power

I signed up for Fixed Dual Energy Mar 2016, with Scottish Power. When submitting Meter Readings or checking my account, I was assured that I was on their best Tariff. However Money Saving Energy Club notified me there was a cheaper price, and when I checked with Scottish Power, this proved to be correct and I have now changed to their July 2016 tariff which is £8 per month cheaper.
What annoys me is that I had to find out from another source. Still there are no cancellation charges so if a cheaper deal comes along, off I'll go !
