As I say, I'm not sure. It's possible, but really how would anyone know?
Because I will need to fill in the self-assessment to pay the tax on this taxable revenue and the CMS payments would be based on this amountHowever, if the CMS stay away from me, there may be a way to get away with it. I guess time to wait and see.

Guest101, FIY received today my CMS case paper, they confirm that they will review the amount annually. I am currently paying her too much so she may be disappointed about it...

Good to know, thanks. I will bear in mind for future people.
If I was you I'd keep paying the agreed amount and go for more contact. Always be reasonable (and more importantly be seen to be reasonable), as should this end up in court, you want to have as much evidence as possible of trying to make reasonable arrangements.
But yes I suspect she'll be in for a shock.
I never did ask what your contact arrangements are currently, is it enough?
