Are You A Orange Pay Monthly User?

I am thinking of signing up to an 18 month contract with Orange. Before I commit I am trying to find out if Orange allow you to use overide companys such as 18866 their access number begins 020 81. I currently use T.Mobile and when I use 18866 it comes out of my inclusive minutes. Its very handy as I often use my mobile to call Europe.
So can anyone confirm that you can do the same with Orange??
