UKCPS Appeal rejected-Help please

UKCPS appeal has been rejected. They send the letter to me on 17.06.15, say I have 21 days to apples to IAS, but I just come back to holiday, and tomorrow is the deadline to appeal, but they didn't give me POPLA reference number. Can I still to appeal?

UKCPS dont "do" popla (havent done for over 9 months), they use the IAS as you say
please read the newbies sticky thread, it has a special section about IPC members and IAS appeals
the current advice is, dont bother, ignore them for 6 years unless you get court papers

Is their paperwork v.a.t. compliant? If it does not mention vat here you might be able to nail them on GPOL.
V.A.T. is payable on contractual charges, but not on liquidated damages for breach of contract.. Have they accounted for vat on their paperwork? If not it becomes a breach of contract and GPEOL applies More reading here

If you suspect tax evasion go here and report them, even if they are in the clear it causes extra hassle.
