Yes it was an old loan abot 2003 with hfc bank.0

my original post was an hfc loan, but unsure who it was taken over by.
i knew it had ppi
my old equifax report listed both mbna & hsbc, assuming they were different but looking the same i claimed on both
one paid out :-)
but they must be the same loan taken out
not sure if it will help you others but i had zero info on the loan and got nearly £18000
