The 'KLN' is a university term for a 'Reminder'. It tells you that it is too late to appeal.

Have you learned nothing from the time you've been dealing with these things and from the significant input of both time and advice you have consumed from regulars?

You should point out to the University in your appeals that they were BPA members at the time so if they dismiss your appeal they must send a PoPLA code. I mention this because they are so inept they probably don't even realise this.

Any chance you could read the letter I've put in the pastebin link above please? Would mean a lot
