Two parts of POFA missed out in PCNs

I have a number of PCNs, all from the same parking area (university of york campus) and I have had a lot of them cancelled before due to different reasons, but I have 5 left and need to get them cancelled and have just seen that the PCNs they have been issuing, fail to specify the means by which the requirement to pay charges was brought to the attention of the driver and fail to identify the creditor.

They have then continued to send the usual notice to keeper and keeper liability notice to the keeper.

Would it be possible to get these PCNs cancelled due to them not following the correct code?

Here is one of the parking tickets received: http://imgur.com/LWOhQnk

Thanks

interesting ? university of York are not BPA members ? http://www.britishparking.co.uk/approved-operators

have they teamed up with another university ?

    a quick email to

    FOI@dvla.gsi.gov.uk

    ask a simple question like

how many times have University of York of "address" applied for info from the DVLA regarding my vehicle "xxx xxxx" , between the dates of x and y , failing this , WHO? has applied for my details between the dates shown?

right gotcha , thought there was summot fishy going on , I knew they WERE members ,

17/06/2015 they moved , seems that at least one of your tickets allows the use of POPLa ,

Before when they were BPA AOS members, I had about 15 tickets with them, but got them all cancelled due to them not being able to send a notice to keeper within 56 days, and the appeals stretched as far as sending a letter to the VC of University of York in outrage of their stupid system. The tickets were cancelled after sending a long letter to BPA and the DVLA regarding the university's rogue ticketing system.

For these 5 most recent parking tickets they have just changed their system so they are sending the NtK within the 56 days. These 5 tickets were also given to me when they were members of the BPA so I wont be dealing with the IPC for these tickets. I contacted BPA again yesterday about the uni leaving BPA and they said they did so off their own accord.

" and they said they did so off their own accord. " , yup they were loosing every POPLa appeal , due to there stupidity

now they have joined the "kangaroo club" , yup that's the one with no moral's or standards

however , if you have had 15-20 tickets , I think you are taking the pithe out of the university

good read, thanks. coupon-mad is fantastic. The uni are sending me the same old bs NtK and although they have reached me correctly within the time limit as of schedule 4 of POFA12, they have also broken law within the same schedule at part 7.2.(b) and 7.2.(e).

As this is a violation of the act, can I email the BPA and the university and get these final 5 tickets cancelled?

i know i know it was bad of me, but I knew all the PCNs were worthless and had told them the first time they needed to change it because everything they were doing was wrong, but they didnt listen.

they DID listen , they have now joined the "kangaroo club" , the one that will only allow about 20% of total appeals to go thru , so the chances are you will fail your appeal , and leave yourself now open for a CC claim , hell you have 5 tickets , and you have disrespected there parking rules on 20 occasions ,

I think they should ban you from driving on there land or parking on it.

    enjoy paying up ,

With vehicle details carefully obscured. But the date and time of issue left on. The operator will be able to find you quite easily ....

People, be careful about details on documentation you share here.
