    STARTING THE NEXT THREAD WITHOUT BREAKING THE LINKS
    1 You should click "quote" on first post
    2 copy all text that shows in the reply box in the next window
    3 Go to the "gone, but was it any good" board and click "new thread"
    4 Paste the quoted post from step. 2
    5 Crucially, delete the [ quote=abc;123456] from the start of the text and [ /quote] from the end of the text
    6 add a title and post
    7 PM our Board Guide redfox and ask her to close the old thread
