I have to correct that, if you aren't working you don't have anything to pay back, It is only when you are earning that you pay back a certain percentage of your income over a certain level. For anyone that plans to be a SAHM mum or a house wife their whole life, university would be a lovely experience with nothing to pay back!I'm a Forum Ambassador on the housing, mortgages & student money saving boards. But checking my TCB account I found that my cashback from when I took out my house insurance is now showing in the Paid column :j:j:j
It cant be converted into !!!!!! cc points sadly so I am thinking about the alternatives - Amazon seems to be the most useful as it can sit on my Amazon account until something exciting and useful comes up.
so I took out the policy from Policy Expert mid April £148 and the cashback I can convert it into is £75.20 - biggest cashback thing I've ever done :j:j:j“Create all the happiness you are able to create; remove all the misery you are able to remove. I think you now have to earn over £21 thousand now before you start paying back student loans - is this correct - can anyone confirm?
My eldest because her course was 5 or 6 years ago had to start paying when she started earning £15 k, first job after uni and she was over this ammount - I think its the same for the youngest one but I doubt if he will earn £15 k for a few years yet. I think its a percentage and they send you a statement every year.
After a certain number of years I think its written off - again not sure how many, 20 years???“Create all the happiness you are able to create; remove all the misery you are able to remove. The first thing that came up when I googled Aids/HIV, discounted the theory that they are not related. So basically you believe what you want to believe.
HIV/AIDS denialism is the belief, contradicted by conclusive medical and scientific evidence, that human immunodeficiency virus (HIV) does not cause acquired immune deficiency syndrome (AIDS).
My favourite quote is from a great man.
Don't believe everything you read on the internet.

Apology accepted. However, if you don't read the book then you can't google properly the references - then after you've done that read more & more, google more & more. I've still not finished the book as keep googling & being astounded. There is some VERY bad science that was being used & it was all swept under the carpet.
I just can't believe that hubby & I have never had a conversation before about this BUT I suppose if friends & family have never been touched by this you wouldn't.
I came across some dreadful practices by the major pharmaceutical when I worked for them & wouldn't trust them totally BUT this book goes way above what I thought they were capable of. Although I'm not that surprised. The US government too have a lot to answer for as they propagated the myth - it suited them to.0 -
Must ... resist ....
Nope, two more boxes of Walkers bought.
In my defence, they were the last in the shop and looked lonely :A

Evening all,
Anyone tried those Baxters? Are they edible? Handy to have for lunches if they are. Nearest store that has them is a 50 mile round trip so if anyone's tried them can you let me know if they're OK? TaMFW 2013 #146 Target £6000
