This is a job I've managed to put off so far - making a list of what is missing and who actually claimed it - which email address - and the dates. I used my last Walkers MOC yesterday - hopefully they will start arriving again tomorrow.
You don't really need all the dates - they know that the problems all started around the 6th July. If you tell them the email addys that MIGHT have missing vouchers they will be able to see a complete list of every voucher claimed on that email any claimed from 6/7 (or possibly a couple of days earlier) will have been caught up in the delays with the agent company. They don't need the codes from the confirming emails. I was very surprised at how easy it was to sort out what was owed to me.ELITE 5:2

I'm trying to be good too but DH keeps wandering back from lottie with all this veg. I know I said I didn't want to see another courgette for a long long time, well it'll be 3 days as he brought some home today :eek:
