So I could put dove, udis, biscuits, prawn crackers, breaded chicken, ktc beans all in one shop????
As for my overcharge, I'm spending my vouchers before contacting them and hopefully in that time I'll have had a refund. Tbw, if you get anywhere please will you let us know?
Thanks
The KTC result was posted versus Morries, I don't see a KTC offer on Tesco website.#CHEEKY :cool:0 -

WALKERS UPDATE
Just called walkers as its now 14 days from the earliest outstanding claim i have.
again i was told not to worry as they will definitely be sent. they said to give them a few more days.
the problem is with the coupon company supplying the vouchers.
the reason being - they had a surge of claims due to the promotion finishing and could not keep up.
i pointed out, that due to a 2 week ubd, i may not be able to use them if they come while im on holiday. she said not to worry they will sort this out if this problem occurs.

Sparky - I'm holding off phoning them for another day or so. When I rang the bank yesterday they said they had a 1p and a £58.xx debit pending from Asda - which got me in a tiz cos it should only be £26.xx. I expected the debits to clear through and show on my account overnight - but they haven't done so. I phoned the bank again this morning and they say both are still showing as on hold. Its possible that the charges will correct themsleves when they actually take the money.
I REALLY want to avoid phoning as, not only did I somehow get a £50 ish evoucher which is already showing on my account, I refused a subbed item and should be getting a just over £20 refund ! This was not one of my better CC orders - didn't think it through properly and ended up getting back more than I actually spent (assuming they don't screw me for the £58 !).ELITE 5:2

Normal chain of events would be...
example £50 guide price, £40 picked price, £10 item refused.
initial £50 ring fenced
£40 charged.
£10 refunded.
I think the refund takes between a few days and a week.#CHEEKY :cool:0 -

I think/hope that I am probably getting my knickers in a twist unnecessarily . I wouldn't have known that £58 odd had been ringfenced if I hadn't phoned the bank yesterday - I did that only because a couple of other people said that they had actually had too much taken from their accounts. Usually I just wait and the first I know of the debits is when they actually appear on my account for the right amount - the ringfenced ones don't show up, its only the bank that can tell me they are thee ifyswim. Any credits for refused items usually show up on the same day that the shopping cost is taken (for me anyway - I know some people have a longer wait for refunds).ELITE 5:2

Priced at £3.30 at Tesco and £3 at Sainsbury's. Coupon says value up to £3.80 so may take that amount off total. Prints two by pressing back button. Some varieties are vegetarian or vegan.

I'm outstanding around ten, I'm not surprised they ran out, they will have had to reprint a "few" and they are hologrammed.
Imagine you have half a million printed and the claim rate is 10,000 a week, on average.
Then us shower are all over it like a rash and the claim rate surges beyond rational explanation.
Heads scratched, more ordered, plans made for the future.0
