:j - Quick update, DS + DIL arrived with precious baby grandson saw the silver cross pram and were thrilled:j- I was delighted to have short walks in village with baby and a few heads turned.....
They turned because, it clouded over so I pushed the pram with sleeping baby in it to the washing line, grab the washing and draped it over the pram before depositing it in the house.

It immediately brightened up so had a short stroll down the road, turned at the bottom of the road to go home and on the ground was a trail of my washing which obviously was still on the pram which I didn't see due to pram sheet/blanket:eek::eek:- thankful just DH socks:D

Looking forward to tomorrow at MIL

Mouthwash is now unavailable, no dove bath at my store, udis my store have never had, and garniers on msm+A .com with multis, snakes now not triggers, + no biscuits in my store :(
So have I missed the boat on the garniers? is anything else working instead of dove, is there anything at all that I can glitch with? I have apgs to use for c+c
Im sorry to ask but I haven't had time to look back as im spending time with baby GS x

Morning all, its still sunny :j

weighed myself for the first time in 10 days and I have lost

    0.1 pound

what is wrong with me -I am managing to stay static on yogurt and a banana in the morning, normal dinner at night with maybe one walkers crisp snack at night and a mini aldi ice cream - and I've been doing my steps as well - no daytime snacking. The only day that was different was when we went to Chester on Sunday when we went to Pizza express

I think I have to rethink this. My reasoning was that by the time youngest son came back to the UK or at least by the time we went on the next planned holiday if I loose one pound a week there would be a Significant Improvement - this is not working.

    Are you eating enough?

How does the suggested calorie burn on your jawbone compare to the number you log on MFP?

Since finishing college I started a new routine - weights 3 time a week and my usual walking - That's it!! If I eat my suggested burn by jawbone 2250 I lose weight, currently eating 2450 and seeing how that pans out....

Try eating what jawbone suggests and in MFP set to 40% carbs, 30% fat, 30% Protein.
Something unexpected happened which made me smile and still continues to make me smile.

The barcode for the Simple Moisturising Facial Wash ends 103870.
dove men +care clean comfort body and face wash 400ml turquoise 683149

(Copied from earlier posts, thanks to OPs.)

Is the barcode for these glitches important? Is there more than one going about? TIA.

Not glitches in ages but really tempted by this one:D

Is the simple one on the same glitch?

Sounds good Busylizzie. Thought I'd stop by and let you know about a facility on our website where you can keep an eye on the arrangement and even make changes to the amount if you wish. It's called the 'Direct Debit Manager.' Sorry if you're already aware of this.

If you've registered with our website, you can use the ‘Direct Debit Manager’ once you've logged in. Comes in handy should circumstances change. Provided the account is billed up to the latest meter readings, payments can be changed by up to 20 per cent up or down. By up to 5 per cent up or down without readings. Before confirming the new amount, we'll let you know by how much we anticipate the account will be in credit/debit by the time of the annual review if payments are changed but usage doesn't alter as expected.

Another thing I thought I'd mention is the Energy Company Obligation (ECO). This is a Government led scheme that aims to cut usage by providing help with energy saving stuff like loft and cavity wall insulation. If you qualify, it might also include a boiler if yours is broken and installed before 2005. Again, there’s more information on our website.

Hope this is of interest Busylizzie.

    Malc

    Thanks Malc.

We investigated the ECO scheme but didn't qualify :(

Thanks for the info re D/D's, very interesting :)

Is that all you eat in a day ? No wonder I'm not losing any weight then . Maybe you aren't t eating enough . I said earlier I can t even lose an ounce never mind a pound . It's the menopause with me I believe. I ve put on a stone since being on it and I don't like it at all .

Most is round my stomach plus the fact that I get bloated after eating anything certainly doesn't t help. I go around holding my stomach in lol.

Good Morning all back from Inverness yesterday on a longgggg train ride. Started out 10.45 and stepped off last train at 6.45.
