Thank you, it is an ear infection and so painful. I lost my balance, felt giddy & sick. probably caught from the water whilst on holiday doctor reckons :(

Sorry you have been unwell, ear infection is really painful - I had a few years ago - again mine was from hoilday possibly from swimming pool, it was amazing several people had ear infections but fortunately mine like yours reared its ugly head when arriving home

    Pretty much.
It's useful to look for comparisons, but always check t.com, a.com etc etc before buying.

Just had another look. There's three types and two are not on asda site (or msm) (400ml).
Can only see 'Fresh Awake' on site :o

Nice to see you again Evangeline:) hope all is well with you and RL

The garniers are showing on A.com + msm as 2 for £5 so therefore this 'glitch' has finished now hasn't it?

Thanks :) RL not great for me at the moment :( Doc switched my antidepressant and this one seems to help more than the last one so I'm hoping things will continue to improve for me :)

It's the 400ml garniers that are 2 for £5. The smaller ones are £1.37 but show as £2.79 on a.com. They should still be working :)

Morning all, its still sunny :j

weighed myself for the first time in 10 days and I have lost

    0.1 pound

what is wrong with me -I am managing to stay static on yogurt and a banana in the morning, normal dinner at night with maybe one walkers crisp snack at night and a mini aldi ice cream - and I've been doing my steps as well - no daytime snacking. The only day that was different was when we went to Chester on Sunday when we went to Pizza express

I think I have to rethink this. My reasoning was that by the time youngest son came back to the UK or at least by the time we went on the next planned holiday if I loose one pound a week there would be a Significant Improvement - this is not working.

So in a normal day you are eating:

    yoghurt
    banana
    crisps
    one meal
    ice cream

I hope the meal is packed with nutrients! I know it is contentious subject but you may want to take some vitamin tablets to supplement your food intake.

Can you cut out the crisps and ice cream and replace with another meal such as tuna salad?

    :o

Didn't know that. Will delete and thanks :). So do we have no use for msm now then?
I still use MSM to check prices and then I confirm on the target store website. I like that msm lets you sort products by price per unit so you can see which is the best value. A and T website don't do this.

Does anyone please have the email for Asda as I found a piece of blue latex rubber glove inside my toast this morning :o

    TIA

Complain to Asda, but raise the issue with and send the product to the foods standards agency.... OH found two parts of a tooth in his ice cream and Asda lost them, did not investigate properly and were rather patronising.

The larger 400ml are 2 for £5 it's the smaller 250ml that are glitching. Unfortunately my store does not stock these:(

Ouch, I've had ear infection before and they can be very painful. Seems lots of people come back from holidays with this complaint

Fingers crossed for you Evangeline that the new meds do the trick and keep you on track x
