Was it you asking about hotels in August?
Just got this through Travelzoo 2 nights from £89pp but it's all in including meals & drinks. Don't know if it's of any use

Checking my cc statement, I noticed that my Sada C&C was billed as £50 instead of £20

Thinking back, the assistant got me to sign, and then remembered I wanted a refund on one item. He said he'd have to ring through to get them to do it, since the payment had already been accepted. My guess is that CS cancelled the original payment amount, and recalculated the bill themselves, ignoring RTC items .

Oh well, will have to take this one on the chin.

Just happened to me a few days ago, they subbbed some items and price matched the RTC price but when I checked online banking they had taken the full price of the substitutes

I rang up and explained and they agreed refund straight away, no hassle at all, was back in my account the next day.
