Thinking back, the assistant got me to sign, and then remembered I wanted a refund on one item. He said he'd have to ring through to get them to do it, since the payment had already been accepted. My guess is that CS cancelled the original payment amount, and recalculated the bill themselves, ignoring RTC items :mad:.

happened to me, so I keep all my C+C delivery notes now until the money comes out of my bank. If you have yours still you could chase it and they should give it back, mine was on rtc as well
