mse energy club/ sainsburys problems

Hi, anyone else had issues?
Started the switch in early feb with sainsburys. electric went through fine, gas didn't. DDs started for electric. have rang sainsburys a good few times, they don't call you back when they say they will.Then different people telling me different reasons, only for amore senior person to tell me I have been given incorrect info and that he is sorry- says someone will ring regularly to keep me updated, then they don't! Finally the Gas DD starts in June. Can't logon to sainsburys site-says my account is now with BG, logged on to BG site, submitted complaint-no response 3 weeks later. Now my account is back with Sainsburys!
I emailed on a complaints form, waited a week-no response, emailed again- another week-no response. Rang complaints dept last Thursday. Was told there is someone "handling" my complaint. She will ring Friday, between 3pm and 8pm......no call came.
Rang about 1215today- she is on her break and will ring me today- STILL WAITING.
Have had two "alerts" from the MSE energy club to say there is a better dea lto be had, but didn't dare start a switch again until this is all sorted.
any advice please?
