None of this is helping the OP.I married my cousin. I had to...I don't have a sister. All my screwdrivers are cordless."You're Safety Is My Primary Concern Dear" - Laks0 -
I totally get. I certainly WON'T be parking in a disabled spot again. I only explained my actions. Not justified I agree.
Thanks all. I'll keep you posted with the progress.0 -

we will help you regardless of the semantics being portrayed
but one of the first reasons I came here was due to MY disability and these parking companies and their attitudes towards me , never mind educating others like yourself whilst also helping them

OK, now concentrate on getting this kicked into touch.
The regulars here will help you so, read and re-read the NEWBIES thread. Ask questions on this thread if there is something you don't understand. Use the appeal template in the NEWBIES thread exactly as it is.
Again, do not mention who was driving. You appeal as keeper of the car. (You don't have to be the registered keeper.)I married my cousin. I had to...I don't have a sister. All my screwdrivers are cordless."You're Safety Is My Primary Concern Dear" - Laks0 -

Just don't appeal saying who was driving! That's what the Newbies thread is for, to stop people doing that and to tell them how to win.PRIVATE 'PCN'? DON'T PAY BUT DON'T IGNORE IT (except N.Ireland).

As already explained:
parent and child bays are nothing but a gimmick, furthermore they give people a false sense of entitlement to park in disabled bays.
The only people that benefit from this confusion are the private parking company's who prey on people like the OP.
On one hand the OP parked in a Disabled bay without having the requirement to use a disabled bay, on the other hand a Private parking company is trying to milk them of their money.
The OP would be better off telling the PPC/ASDA to get stuffed and to shove their parking charge somewhere up the ASDA store managers backside ( ie not paying it ) using the advice and help on here. and then then the three year old gets fed up with his/her toys, or the 11 month old grows out/gets fed up with his/her toys perhaps the OP could donate the old toys to a disabled charity, obtain new toys/books from a charity shop and/or help a local disability charity such as a community transport group.
It would be better if the OP could do something (even if its only a tiny little thing ) that would benefit a charity in some way then to make a contribution to the profits of some Australian car parking companyFrom the Plain Language Commission:
