26 hour flight delay

Hiya

I've just found out I can still claim even though our flight was 2010?!?

I just tried to fill the form in on Thomas cook's website but it's asking for the flight number and I have no idea how to find it?

It was from Manchester to Cancun on 4th or 5th January and it was delayed for 26 hours because of snow.

Can you help me please?

    Once you read the guide, you will also see that weather falls under extraordinary circumstances as it is not within the airlines control = no compensation payable
