I am trying to activate my microsoft account on my new phone and it wants to verify my identity. However, despite trying this a number of times I have not received a code to enter and it is not giving us any other options.

Was wondering if anyone has experienced this, or if you might have any suggestions (this is the first windows phone I have owned).
