Victorian Plumbing - Poor Customer Service

Ordered a £900 shower unit and the tray is faulty. Emailed last week to inform them. A week has past and Victorian Plumbing has still failed to do anything about it. Left with builders hanging on waiting to progress with my extension as I can't get even get an answer from them as to what they will do next!!!

Shocking service...... happy to take your money and run!!!!!

Anyone else had an issue like this?

Try phoning them, several companies seem to "ignore" e-mails.

Sorry, didn't make it clear. I managed to find a phone number for them and have rang them each day. I receive the same message from them each time..... 'they have contacted the supplier by email and have to wait for their response.... who emails a supplier and waits??'
