Victorian Plumbing - Poor Customer Service

Ordered a £900 shower unit and the tray is faulty. Emailed last week to inform them. A week has past and Victorian Plumbing has still failed to do anything about it. Left with builders hanging on waiting to progress with my extension as I can't get even get an answer from them as to what they will do next!!!

Sorry, didn't make it clear. I managed to find a phone number for them and have rang them each day. I receive the same message from them each time..... 'they have contacted the supplier by email and have to wait for their response.... who emails a supplier and waits??'0 -

Hi. I have experienced terrible service from them too. Ordered an item that showed as available, they took the money straight off my card, 5 weeks later no delivery. Couldn't get hold of anyone, no one called us back or responded to our emails. Finally ignoring all our previous correspondence they fessed up to not having the item. I still can't get a refund or a response. Appalling. I would never do business with them again.0

My experience with them had a happy ending after a bit of effort. We simply bought a mirror and paid extra to get a next day delivery. It arrived on time but there was a small crack in a corner so I emailed them saying we would have to get another mirror for our bathroom fitter to deal with on his last day with us. The reply email said they would get back within 5 days but I didn't hear and chased them. Eventually they asked me for photos of the mirror and packaging which I sent. I followed up when I received no reply and was told a refund would be with me within 'x' days. No refund appeared but emails came saying the query was now resolved and closed. My follow-up resulted in a refund including postage and they didn't ask for the mirror to be sent back.0
