I'm going to have a go in the morning. I've looked at options but can't find web content.
If all else fails I'll let you know what options are there

I've noticed that there is no left-hand menu if I access this site from my other PC and previously had Norton installed on that. Is this the reason why?

Yes but but the problem I have doesn't seem firewall related since I've used different ones. It happens very rarely and a quick empty of files fixes it.icon7.gif

    I'm glad its fixed Renee.

Curry_Queen: I don't think its Norton firewall if its not installed. You might have other "Ad-blocking" software on there which is doing it.

Thinking about it, Norton Firewall is still installed on that machine. It had the whole works but I recently uninstalled the anti-virus and all the rest of it in favour of AVG but just remembered I left the firewall on. I'll have a mess around with it later and see what happens if I turn off the FW.

    Curry_Queen.

It must be the firewall then. Look at the instructions for fixing it in this thread.
