I've never had that problem though I've heard about it from a few people
Clearing out the cache/Temp Internet files usually works for that type of thing0 -
Let me guess, you have Norton Firewall installed.0

Hi sra

When things go wrong with this site that usually works for me
Tools/Internet options
then Delete files then tick Delete all offline content.
Forces the comp to get the information again rather than rely on the corrupt version in memory.
With me it's the drop-down menus for seach and Quick Links that sometimes disappear0 -
You've done nothing wrong. It just doesn't like the size of the menu buttons.
Do the following to fix it.
- Right click NPF icon, and select Norton Personal Firewall.
- Click Options Menu then Personal Firewall Options
- Click Web Content tab
- Click add site and add www.moneysavingexpert.com
- Select www.moneysavingexpert.com in LHS list.
- Click Ad Blocking tab on right
- Right click and pick Add
- Click Permit and type www.moneysavingexpert.com
Click OK and close firewall (don't disable it just click X at top-right)
This should fix it forever (you will have to refresh your browser).
