With no offense to the OP who has been conned, here are the facts.
Paypal receive payment on behalf of the seller.
Paypal tell seller to send item to a specified address.
Buyer tells Paypal that he hasn't received item at specified address.
Seller says item was sent to another address.
In what part of that is it Paypal's fault?.0
