How to appeal

I went shopping in morris ons and I was 3hrs when my 1 and half hours was up my partner went and got a new ticket .but 2 days later I had a letter through the mail with a photo of my car arriving and leaving from a company called parking eye . I suffer from bipolar disorder and during my time in morris ons I had a panic attack and my partner phoned for my carer who travelled to me from port Talbot can any 1 help me on how to appeal this company

and complain to Morrissons manager and INSIST the charge is cancelled asap

Do not pay, do not ignore, do not reveal who was driving. Appeal as keeper.

In addition, complain to morrison's and ask them to get the ticket cancelled.
