It's probably because you've never been in my situation. Rich people don't understand poor people, and I've been poor whole my life. "If they can't afford bread, why don't they just buy cake?"
Probably you've got access to everything in comparison to me and I have access to nothing. Or maybe you've just got different personality.
With nothing I'm just trying to ask people what I can do with nothing, because maybe there is something I can, between all can'ts and I'm just not able to see it.

No sorry, we've all done our share of low paid jobs to make ends meet and my sons have all done some really awful soul destroying work in the past - I prefer to offer assistance to those who are willing to help themselves. I'm out.

I've done my share of low paid job as well whole my life. You were able to do it, but I'm not able to do it any more. Maybe you are stronger, maybe my jobs were worse.
Yes, many people can get on with it. But I'm not like them - my body, my mind rejects it.
Another view:
- some people like to hurt others, but most of people are not able to hurt others, because their mind prevents it;
- most of people can eat peanuts, but some people can't, because their body rejects it.
People have some limits and they can't do anything about it. I've been braking my limits every day for many years, but I'm on the level that I can't brake any more and I have to find some solution, before I end up on the street.
If we can do something positive with me, than other people can go the same path and it will solve their problems as well.
