Lloyds Bank Accounts

I have 2 possibly 3 Lloyds Bank Accounts from back in the days where it was possible to move money around and get 3% without the need of DD's..
Are they worth keeping open now, or is it better to put 2 DD's on the account and switch to another provider where they are paying the ££'s to switch?
TIA

Not all switching incentives require DDs but yes using them as donors makes sense.0

Anybody know whether a Lloyds Offshore current a/c would be eligible for a Donor a/c?
Thanks

thanks YorkshireBoy,
Could you point me the right direction of some which don't require DD's? The ones I have been able to find that still offer the initial incentive all require DD's e.g. Nationwide, Co-op, M&S, FD (though I was with them a few years ago).
And donors- I assume using them to just switch and get rid of the accounts? I read that most banks will close the 'old' accounts, are there any which don't do this?
Thanks0 -
Does M&S now require DDs?
Halifax doesn't (unless you want the ongoing fiver).
All current switching incentive offers dictate your old account must be closed.0 -

I called up and spoke to M&S and they said need DD's on the account.
I already have 3 Halifax accounts, one of which has the monthly incentive the other 2 I stopped using because of the 2 DD's and didnt have any to keep them going.0 -

If you can get it, the HSBC Advance doesnt require DDs but needs a high monthly pay in of £1750 and also gives you access to a cash ISA paying a bonus £10 per month for an investment of only £25 per month (....dont ask me why, but it is....!!)
Read the thread on it ..... I seem to have been lucky but lots are saying they are having probs getting the account0 -
