Samsung Galaxy Rip Off

Unfortunately there is no pleasing some people.
I don't see how this is a "consumer rights" issue.
OP has a fault with the phone - contacts manufacturer - manufacturer agrees to repair/replace; I can't see the issue?
OP wants to moan because;
A) He is under the impression this is some kind of design flaw or common problem - might be the case but at least Samsung are repairing it. Also I doubt the OP is qualified to suggest something is a design flaw/common problem just because there are a few hundred/thousand posts with similar problems - that might seem like a lot but is likely only 1% of the user base.
Will be without the phone/still having to pay contract - again not really Samsung's problem they supply a warranty on all new devices be it PAYG or PAYM.
OP's complaint regarding the above would be better directed towards the carrier, or, you know put the sim card in another phone?0
