First direct having problems

Just tried to log onto my first direct account and the message came up that they are currently having problems and to try again later.

It could be the bookmark.

At Santander we were told to ask customers not to use bookmarks or google and to type the web address in. They said it was because bookmarks don't use the most up-to-date website. Could be something in that?

If you see it pop up again from the bookmark try opening a new page and typing it in and let us know if it helped at all
